Griffin Armament Thread Protector for Taper Mount muzzle devices only. Not for use with M4SD or 30SD (SDQD Muzzle Devices) These are not required for operation, but some consider them nice to have. Suppressor mounts included with suppressors do not include thread protectors.
Thread protector has taper mount interface and does not shoot loose.
I ordered two for different muzzle devices and the tolerances are perfection. Save those threads and get yourself a couple.

I swear this is an addiction. First suppressor is the universal one, then you start adding suppression to all of your guns- by the way- it’s so nice to be quiet, I have to say it twice- be quiet!
Quality and precision works great
Quality product as always from Griffin Armament. My only complaint is I do wish these came standard with the taper mount muzzle devices to protect the threads. Even if you have a spare, doesn't hurt to have one of these as back up just in case.
I got this while while waiting on for suppressor. High quality protection for the taper mount device plus gives the rifle a finished look .

The thread protector works great! It fit on all of my muzzle devices and makes me feel more comfortable when I’m not using my Bushwacker.
Works as designed and is inexpensive to boot!
