M4SD Silencer shim set & overtravel stop

Description

This kit includes stainless shims and a hardened steel alloy over-travel stop for your M4SD series silencers.

This kit can be used with any Griffin M4SD muzzle device or an A2 nato birdcage compensator. Griffin Muzzle devices and silencers ship with this kit, however if intending on mounting your M4SD series silencer to A2 nato compensators this kit is necessary to ensure perpendicular alignment and an overtravel stop for the suppressor.

NOTE: The tab of the overtravel stop should be positioned at the 6 O'clock or bottom of the muzzle device.

    M4SD Shim Set is a must.

    If you have an M4SD (II) or other gatelock mount suppressor, then you need this. Instead of paying around $100.00 or more for a mount, it is cheaper to get an A2 flash hider and use this. The overtravel stop has reminded me a few times that I was going too far when mounting my M4SDII. The only other caveat is that you have to make sure you are using a mil spec A2 flash hider.

    THESE KITS PREVENT THE SUPPRESSOR FROM GOING TOO FAR ON THE BARREL/MUZZLE AND DAMAGING THE BAFFLES.
    QUICK, EASY INSTALL AND ASSURANCE THAT WE WILL HAVE THE SUPPRESSORS FOR A LONG TIME.

    Allows use of an existing A2 for a Gatelok suppressor without sweating concentricity. Overtravel stop is a nice inclusion for easy lock up.
