Assembly Technician : Our 1st and 2nd shift assembly people put the final touch on our products by ensuring quality products are built to our specifications and protocols before continuing on to the best customers in the world. This is an entry level position and advancement is always given to performing team members. Starting Rates $17.50 - 20 /hr depending on shift and position/experience
Finishing Technician : Our finishing technicians use spray coating, welding, heat treatment, laser, and blasting equipment to ensure products are made to specification in the proper sequence and efficiency of workflow. 1st and 2nd shift availability ensures flexibility of scheduling. This can be an entry position depending on experience but generally some training is required before completion of a probationary review. Starting Rates $17.50 - 20 /hr depending on shift and position/experience
CNC Operator : Our milling and turning departments are busy. Griffin CNC operators adhere to a set of protocols and training doctrine to support safe and efficient cell operation. We have a high standard for quality with our machined products and we control it right here in Wisconsin. Experience is preferred but not needed as we have industry professionals on staff who can tutor you through the training process and transition you into a career of accurate state of the art machining. 1st and 2nd shift positions are available. Starting Rates $20 - 30 /hr depending on shift and position/experience
CNC Machinist / Setup Technician : Experienced and competent industry professionals may apply for a setup position in our manufacturing facility. Additionally, CNC operators are encouraged to work towards this career goal of attaining the experience needed to be a lead person and setup tech. From twin turret turning centers to 5 axis mills, your skills will be stressed and you will learn in our environment, regardless of your prior experience. These positions are available to leadership capable seasoned CNC operators with setup time. Starting Rates $25+ /hr Multi-Axis Turning Dept. depending on shift and position/experience , $25+ Mill Dept.
CNC Programmer : Are you a driven leader in the workplace? This position is the captain of the manufacturing team. Motivation, teamwork, work ethic, and skills come together in successful candidates in this capacity. In the world of machining, we encourage our CNC programmers to not only program but also setup and prove out new machining concepts in order to safely pass off proven engineering plans to our machine cell staff. Knowledge of Mastercam is necessary as well as the ability to design, tool path, and make your own fixturing and production setups. Tool tuning and process stability is stressed at Griffin. We love our products and they must be optimized to meet the needs of our customers! If you're a programmer with a passion for firearms this is a great place to work. Facility Maintenance Technician : Do you love to make repairs, clean, organize and generally just obsess over the details? Do you have a really hard time walking past trash without leaping at a broom? If that's you we are the place to set your mind at ease. We have a busy facility that needs constant attention to maintain order and efficiency. From fork lift driving, to janitorial tasks, to machine maintenance, and general upkeep we have a full calendar of work. Our facility doesn't stop and that means we need helping hands to make sure it's stable. 1st or 2nd shift availability. Starting Rates $20 - 27 /hr depending on shift and position/experience
Fulfillment Specialist : We ship thousands of packages per year and we need accurate, dependable shipping people with high attention to detail and work ethic. The ability to learn computer processes and shipping protocols quickly is a must. Picking and packing isn't easy work if it's done right. We are always looking for people with a passion for detail. This is a 1st shift position. Starting Rates $17.50 - $20 /hr depending on position/experience
Customer Service Specialist : We love our customers and we love serving them. Strong knowledge in small arms is a necessary component of the preferred applicant. If you have a passion for helping people you could be a great addition to the CS team. Answering phones, responding to emails, managing RMA tickets, etc. These are all critical parts of the CS position. The ability to accurately and efficiently tend to our customers is not an easy feat but with focus and effort it gets done every day here! Starting Rates $17.50 - 20 /hr depending on shift and position/experience
Creative Media Specialist : Do you have an eye for artwork? We have a well organized and built media department that can keep you busy. From photo to video, newsletters, and social we have tons of fun work that needs to be accomplished in this department. Experience in the Adobe creative suite is required as well as experience with video and photo basics. Our brand needs to be represented by positive and outgoing people who make it their mission for our voice to be heard! This is a 1st shift position and may require some travel. Compensation negotiable based on applicant
Regional Sales Associate : Does the thought of closing a deal get you amped up? No? Then please don't apply! We are a team of closers. Our mission is to identify the customer, provide them with an avenue of success and then enable them to succeed throughout our tenure with them. We love our business clients and they love us. If you have a heart for helping others succeed than this could be the place for you! 50% travel is required. Must be centrally located to the southwest, southeast Northeast, Northwest, or TALO (Texas, Alabama, Oklahoma,Louisiana) areas. Must be able to manage yourself and adhere to personal commitments. Admin / Logistics Coordinator : Paperwork is hell, but not to people who love it. If that's you shoot us your resume. The best people in this position are experts in problem solving and communication. Strong Google-Fu and communication is a must. The ability to knock out task after task in a never ending stream of problem resolution is the gold standard. Our crew depends on our admin people to support them with attention to detail and an aggressive approach to completing administrative jobs. Starting Rates $17.50 - $20 /hr depending on shift and position/experience
