The Mil-spec Gas pocket BCG is an affordable way to buy the intellectual property advantage of reduced operator ear signature and gas blowback of Ar15's used in conjunction with NFA registered muzzle sound suppressors. This carrier melts our Gas Pocket IP and anti-tilt geometry into a Mil-spec 8620 black nitride carrier with 4140 black nitride key, utilizing a C158 Maganese phosphate bolt, with S7 tool steel extractor. Griffin let me be a beta tester for this product after I bought the 17-4 one. Put this in my 18" SPR build, and it's insanely nice. The 17-4 one is great, but for the price this one gets you everything you need with no other mods needed to the rifle. Super cool innovation.
