Steps for Fulfilling this Promotion:

1.) Simply purchase a qualifying new Griffin suppressor (DUAL-LOK™ HRT-556™, DUAL-LOK™ 5, DUAL-LOK™ 7, Sportsman .300, Sportsman .338) anywhere in the US. 

2.) Fill out the form below including your proof of purchase (receipt) and a copy of your submitted Form 4 (UNREDACTED). Griffin Armament Customer Service will contact you within 24-48 hours (or the next business day if submitted on a weekend) with fulfillment instructions. 

*Offer cannot be combined with any other offers (i.e. Griffin G.I. Program, dealer promotion). Proof of purchase and Form 4s must be received by March 17th 2023 to be eligible. Proof of purchase (receipt) must be date stamped between Feb/1/23 - Feb/28/23 NO EXCEPTIONS. Documentation (receipt & submitted ATF form 4) should be submitted in the .JPG or .PDF format.
