Worked like a champ in both my Optimus and paladin
Bought a 1?2 inch for the Paladin and a 5/8 for the Optimus. both fit great and had no problems.
The Taper Mount Direct Thread Adaptor provides a direct thread interface for taper mounted suppressors. This product is called a direct thread adapter, but really it’s also a very short taper mount muzzle device for when a brake or flash hider is unneeded. Great for hunting rifles.

OK - so this solves one of my bigger concerns with my Optimus - the lack of a direct thread option for anything bigger than 300BLK. Simply stated - you use this to add direct thread with the mid or full length attachment (w/Rifle Baffle). It's a great configuration and super easy. Put it on a new Ruger 7.62x39 bolt gun this afternoon and the combination was really effective - with a very small POI shift. Does what it's supposed to - and gives me more options for my Optimus.
Works well. The price is a little much. I have now spent as much for adapters and brake attachments as i have on the silencer.
